What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly billing offers flexibility, while annual billing provides a lower average monthly cost — ideal for brands and teams with long-term needs.
What if I run out of search quota?
Upgrade your plan if you need more quota. Paid publication and search quotas reset monthly from the subscription activation date.
What does the AI Search count mean?
The AI Search count represents the maximum AI Search quota you can use or manage within your plan. Different plans cater to different scales of content and operations.
Can the Enterprise plan be customized?
Contact support to request a review of your expiry date or publication, search and KOL limits. Approved adjustments are recorded with a reason and audit history.
Can I upgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. Unused subscription value is credited based on actual remaining time. Successful upgrade payment starts a new period and resets publication and search quotas. Ongoing KOL collaborations continue to occupy slots.
